This course is designed to assist non-profit professionals with thinking about the process of measuring success relative to stated missions/visions and defining metrics respective to their organization. Upon completion of this course, each participant should leave with an idea of the metrics they will begin to measure as a determinant of organizational success and/or a more clear understanding of metric development and measurement.
