Course Details

Ever wonder how to achieve a "quorum" -- or even what a "quorum designation" is?  Or how to administer a board vote or what documentation you need to have and follow?  In this course, we will focus on directives in procedure, based on Robert's Rules, that cover many aspects of meetings, including protocol in meetings, hierarchy of motions, bylaws, special rules, committees, boards, officers' duties, and more.  We will discuss how these regulations can be custom-designed for your organization.
